A Native of Richmond, Virginia, Christy Humphries moved to Charleston in 1998 to attend the College of Charleston, where she majored in Corporate Communications and studied Business. She began her career in real estate at Permar, a local real estate advisory firm providing market research and feasibility reports to developers, landowners and lenders in the Southeast. She and her husband Badge have parlayed their interest in real estate into several personal investment properties. They live on Isle of Palms with their daughter Brady and son Walker.
