Originally from North Carolina, Blake Grice moved to Charleston after graduating from the University of South Carolina and has been immersed in the local real estate scene ever since.
Her career began with a local home builder, where she gained invaluable insight into the construction process and the business side of new home sales. She then transitioned into a key role as a broker’s assistant, directly assisting in over 150 real estate transactions — handling everything from contract negotiations to closing coordination. This hands-on experience gave her an unmatched ability to navigate complex deals, anticipate challenges, and ensure a smooth experience for buyers and sellers alike.
Blake combines her extensive industry expertise with a client-focused approach to help homeowners, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals. Blake lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband and loves making the most of Lowcountry Life.
